Oregon law requires that a person receiving a tattoo be 18 years of age or older and in possession of a government issued ID. Examples include, but are not limited to: state issued driver’s license or ID card, passport, military ID.
School ID, birth certificate, parent’s permission/ sign off etc are not recognized as valid proof of age/ identification in this situation.
If you have questions or concerns about what is acceptable please reach out prior to your appointment; failure to produce appropriate ID at time of service could result in being charged a re-booking fee.

Please bring your vaccination card (or a photo of the front and back) with you to your appointment.
If you are not vaccinated, please bring a copy of your physician or pharmacy administered (negative) PCR test results. The test must have been administered within 72 hours of your tattoo appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have questions to avoid rescheduling or potentially being charged a re-booking fee.
