Late arrival, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies* 🤍
You will be charged a re-booking fee if-
* You fail to appear for an appointment (15+ minutes late may result in $100 late charge, need to reschedule or both).
* You arrive an appointment without the necessary documents to allow it to move forward (state or government issued ID, vaccination card or negative PCR test results etc.).
* You do not provide 72 hours notice to reschedule or more than six months pass without an appointment (or communication).
* Clients are allowed to cancel/ re-book one time in the span of any project; additional reschedules or cancellations will incur rebooking fees.
* PLEASE discuss any and all prescription medications and/ or skin conditions with your artist at least 7 days ahead of your appointment. Certain concerns may make it unsafe to be tattooed and may necessitate rescheduling. (these include but are not limited to: blood pressure medications, medications that thin the blood or prevent coagulation, medications that promote sun sensitivity, antibiotics, sunburn, wounds in the tattoo area, eczema, psoriasis etc.)
