Dear Heart Tattoo is committed to creating the highest quality and safest tattoo experience for you as possible. Everyone must mask in the studio, please wear a Kn95, equivalent, or better to your appointment.
Clients are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (as defined by the CDC) *or* a negative coronavirus molecular test (NOT an antigen test) to enter the studio. The test must be taken within 48 hours of the tattoo appointment and administered by a healthcare professional. Failure to produce your vaccine card or test results from a pharmacy or medical clinic will result in loss of appointment and a $100 re-booking fee.
Do not come to your appointment if you have any signs of illness (even if it “might just be allergies”). Contact us as soon as possible if you’re feeling under the weather and it coincides with your appointment.
Please CALL when you arrive (texts often don’t work in the building) to be directed into the studio.
Please do not enter the building without calling first, we do not have a waiting area in which
to social distance if another client is in the studio.
Please arrive solo to your appointment- we are unable to accommodate “support” guests at this time.
